The property has beautiful views from the re-opened out balcony across the pools towards the sea (see photo1). There are 5 swimming pools in the complex among extensive & well maintained gardens. The fully equipped kitchen was newly fitted only last year as was the shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine. Paloma Park and Bonanza Square with it's bustling bars and restaurants are both within a 5 minute walk and the beachfront with its promenade leading to the stunning marina is just 10 minutes away. Public transport is well served with regular buses and the clean punctual train which carries you right to the airport terminal runs three times an hour through the day at just €2.05 each way. Bearing in mind that temperatures even in low season can get into the high teens that makes for an excellent value holiday.
